An undergraduate, two technicians and a graphic artiste were among the lucky Glo subscribers, who won various prizes including brand new cars last Saturday at the Easier and Bigger Win & Rule Promo of Globacom in Ibadan.

At the event, held inside the main bowl of Adamasingba Stadium, Daniel Abiodun Adams, a graphic artist, won the star prize of the night, a brand new BMW.

Daniel could not hide his excitement as he turned the stage to a party ground with his friends for several minutes, dancing with infectious excitement to celebrate the wonder on wheels.
“I feel great,” he said, adding that “Globacom really wants me to rock and rule my world with this car.” He expressed gratitude to the company for introducing the reward package for its subscribers.

A student of The Polytechnic Ibadan, Salami Babatunde, won one of the two brand new Kia Rio cars for the night.
“I feel great this evening. Glo has proved itself to be the preferred telecommunications company. For me, I will stick to the network,” he said moments after he was announced winner.
Similarly, Adebayo Ademola, a computer technician, who won the second Kia Rio, was bewildered when his number was called as having won.

“I came here mainly to enjoy Pasuma, my music idol. I never knew I would be going home as a car owner just by being a Glo subscriber. I am happy at what Glo has done for me,” he said.
Tunde Agboola, a GSM technician, won one of the two Peugeot 307 XT on offer, while Samuel Oladapo, a preacher won the other.

Tunde was already on his way out of the stadium when his number came up on the screen as a winner.
“I bought my Glo line three months ago when I was not getting joy on my former network. Now Globacom has made made me an owner of a brand new Peugeot 307 XT. I can’t believe this is happening to me,” he said.
