According to the Principal Manager (Public Affairs), Mr. Idemudia Gideon; ”The staff have started coming. We were caught unawares when the unfortunate incident happened. We have not yet ascertained the real cause of the fire and the extent of damage. But I thank God that no life was lost. We are still awaiting their response.”

Idemudia expressed gratitude to some of the rescue teams, including Julius Berger, Union Bank, Nigeria Ports Authority, Nigeria Police from Area ‘A’ Command, Lion Building, for their prompt intervention.
